Vantage Center Mixed Use Building

The Mixed-use buildings at Vantage Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas were designed to be adaptable.  At the time of it's construction the buildings are providing 24 residential units per building in response to the growing need for leasable residential units in Fayetteville. The buildings are capable of adapting to provide small scale commercial uses on the ground floor. The 24 unit mixed use buildings are broken into smaller "blocks" to mimic an organically developed urban streetscape with a timeless appeal.
