Fugitt and Associates, Architects believes that Mixed Use buildings are a critical element to good urbanism.  Mixed-Use occupancy buildings should be designed to provide for a variety of functions while also being adaptable for future uses.  Fugitt and Associates has experience designed buildings to provide a mix of residential and commercial space.  We believe that design impacts the success of a project.  We are proud that every example of mixed-use occupancy buildings in our portfolio have maintained a full occupancy to date.
