Located on the Razorback Greenway, in Lowell, Arkansas, the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors Building is a modern professional hub completed in 2015. Designed to unify the region's real estate professional community, the facility serves as a central campus for education, advocacy, and collaborative events.

The 10,200-square-foot office building was designed with a focus on both administrative efficiency and community interaction.  A significant portion of the floor plan is dedicated to a high-ceilinged multi-purpose hall. This space is designed with acoustic treatments and integrated technology for large-scale training and regional board meetings.

The transitional professional style balances the reliability of a traditional office with modern, clean-lined industrial elements. The architecture reinforces NABOR’s brand as the "Gateway to NWA Real Estate." It marks the building as a prestigious destination, ensuring that when agents or affiliates enter for training or events, they feel they are entering a space that matches the high level of professionalism they bring to the local market.

The most defining architectural feature is the central entrance pavilion.  The architectural design of the central entrance pavilion at the NABOR headquarters is more than just a functional entryway; it serves as a physical manifestation of the organization's brand identity.
