Located in the Pinnacle Hills district of Rogers, the MANA Family Medical Clinic is a contemporary healthcare facility designed to support efficient clinical operations while prioritizing patient comfort and accessibility. Designed by Fugitt + Wheeler Architects, the project reflects a patient-centered approach to medical architecture—integrating clarity of planning with a refined, modern aesthetic.
The clinic is organized around a highly efficient layout that separates public, clinical, and staff zones while maintaining intuitive circulation throughout the building. The entry sequence leads into a welcoming reception and waiting area, where natural light and open sightlines enhance wayfinding and create a calm, approachable environment. Exam rooms and support spaces are strategically positioned to optimize workflow, reduce patient wait times, and ensure privacy.
Architecturally, the building employs clean lines, balanced proportions, and a durable material palette that supports long-term performance in a high-use healthcare setting. Interior finishes are selected to reinforce a sense of comfort and professionalism, while also meeting the practical demands of medical environments.
The exterior expression is designed to establish a strong yet approachable presence within the Pinnacle Hills corridor. Thoughtful massing and façade articulation create a recognizable identity while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding commercial development.
The project emphasizes operational efficiency, flexibility, and long-term adaptability, ensuring that the facility can evolve alongside changing healthcare needs. As part of the continued growth of the Rogers medical community, the MANA Family Medical Clinic contributes a modern, well-resolved healthcare environment that supports both providers and patients.
