Split-Tree Design Build

The Split-Tree Design build house is located on Jimmie Ave in the middle of fayetteville on a steep, narrow, wooded lot.  The house sits at the street level blending in with the small quant homes of the neighborhood before projecting back into the lot high above the ground in the canopy of the trees.  The house cantilevers high above the ground concealing an outdoor living room and has balconies on three sides to provide a true tree house experience to the build.  Fugitt and Associates designed and contracted this house which was completed in 2023.
